The Management Development Vice-President shall assist the President to execute and administer the policies of this Corporation in the pinnacle areas Chapter Management and Financial Management and Public Relations of the chapter and shall have such additional duties as shall be assigned to him as Vice-President. In event of absence of the President of this Corporation, the Management Development Vice-President shall become acting President. The VP shall be a member ex-officio of all committees assigned to him/her by the pinnacle areas.
Community Development Vice-President

The Individual Development Vice-President shall assist the President to execute and administer the policies of this Corporation in the pinnacle areas of Leadership Development, Business Opportunities and Life Improvement.. He shall be a member ex-officio of all committees assigned him by the President, and shall keep or cause to be kept, full minutes thereof.

Treasurer

The Treasurer shall have general supervision over all corporate funds and securities and shall keep proper records of dues and accounts of the Corporation and shall supervise and be responsible for the disbursements of the funds of the Corporation and shall render at all meetings an account of the financial condition of the Corporation. The books of the Corporation shall be open for inspection by any member at any time. The Treasurer shall be Chairman of the Finance Committee. The Treasurer's records are to be audited annually by two members who shall be approved by the Board of Directors.
Secretary

The Secretary shall keep and be responsible for the minutes and records of the Corporation, and shall handle all correspondence upon direction of the President or Board of Directors.
